By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to the following:

I, NightStrike_PPAP(the artist)

• Reserve the right to cancel & refund the commissioned order at any time, for any reason.

  
  

• Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  
  

• Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and/or in my portfolio.

  
  

• Will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.

  
  

• Will NOT further profit from the artwork unless you(the customer) break any of the terms stated.

  
  

• Will put my best effort into the artwork to satisfy you(the customer/commissioner).

  
  

• You(the commissioner/customer) may request to add or change anything to the commissioned piece after an in-progress sketch

• Retain all rights to the intellectual property.

  
  

• May NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork or use it for commercial purposes (making prints, advertising, redistributing, reselling) outside of personal use.

  
  

• May upload the commissioned artwork on any website/social media with VISIBLE credit(credit NightStrike_PPAP).

  
  

• May print the artwork for personal use.

  
  

• May NOT edit/alter the commissioned artwork in any way (removing signature, adding details, changing colors)

  
  

• May NOT claim commissioned artwork as your own work in ANY way.

The full payment must be given after the commission is completed. You will receive a PNG file/image of the finished artwork.

• Extreme gore(a little is fine)

  
  

• Anything relating to self harm

  
  

• Hateful art towards anyone/anything
